Today's card is: The Hermit. This is MY card, & I have grown to have such a strong fondness for him. He & The Fool are my favorite cards in the deck...mostly because they have come to feel like such strong Spirit Guides for me. They have been with me a long time. The Hermit represents solitude, introspection, guidance, wisdom & perspective. The Hermit seeks within, & withdraws from the world to find fhat which he seeks. The Hermit is about knowing One's Self. My therapist used to tell me I needed to learn to be in the world, but not of it. That if I could do that...I could turn the volume down on everything else....
